The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting budgeted revenue and margin targets in a safe and quality manner, driving consistent and compliant processes, standards, and operations across all regions, and ensuring the 1 Company culture and goals are upheld. This role involves managing all inside plant operations, including a significant annualized work target, and overseeing a team of market managers and field members. The RVP will be the primary owner of margin achievement and will drive optimal resource utilization to meet customer deliverables. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on KPIs, and reporting, and being a key leader and liaison with the company's C-level management. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction or telecom industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management methodologies are essential.
