A background in direct staff management, project management, and a solid understanding of the public planning and development process are required. The role demands a candidate with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, leadership skills, and a proven ability to engage with diverse communities using equitable approaches. The Vice President will also be responsible for managing 1-2 direct reports, providing mentorship to junior staff, and participating in larger policy initiatives.
