The successful candidate will be a key business partner, responsible for managing the margin and profitability of the region, providing operational oversight, and leading the team to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service. This role requires a leader with a strong background in the janitorial industry, including 5-10 years of experience with full P&L accountability and a deep knowledge of operational excellence tools and methodologies. The Regional Vice President will be tasked with developing and executing a growth strategy, driving both organic and non-organic growth, and managing a highly distributed and diverse workforce. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a BA/BS or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and driving growth, as well as the ability to lead and empower top talent to create high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor and contract management, and be adept at using metrics to monitor performance and promote continuous improvement. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to reside in the Seattle area and be prepared for 80% local travel.
