The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and promoting the company's mission of delivering tailored healthcare solutions. This role involves developing and implementing the enterprise sales strategy, identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, and leading the sales team to meet and exceed objectives. The VP, Employer Sales will also be a key advocate for the company's LGBTQIA-focused healthcare solutions, staying informed of industry trends, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Candidates for the VP, Employer Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a preference for those who have sold health-related solutions to employers. A background in early-stage start-ups, particularly digital health organizations, is also desirable. The role requires a strong network of benefits leaders, consultants, brokers, and experience working with decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies.
