The successful candidate will be a high-energy leader and organized self-starter, responsible for leading the performance management of the Pre-Mix portfolio, including annual AOP/P&L delivery. This role requires a leader with a strong commercial background, as it includes management and P&L responsibility for the entire malt-based business. The VP will be expected to ensure all brand building fundamentals are in place, develop best-in-class marketing and go-to-market plans, and build new category capabilities. Strong connectivity with the commercial team is a must, and the role involves close collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing, Beer & FMB. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' senior marketing and commercial leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in the beverage alcohol industry and FMCG. The role demands a proven track record in performance delivery, P&L management, and the ability to translate insights into effective brand strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytically rigorous, with experience in engaging with distributor and customer partners.
