The successful candidate will be responsible for leading brand and partner activations, overseeing account management, and handling revenue recognition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales operations for digital marketing campaigns and technical integrations, as well as extensive experience in digital media platforms and technologies. The VP of Sponsorships will be the primary point of contact for executive leadership, developing and leading the overall sales strategy, and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship campaigns. Collaboration with global sales, product, engineering, data, and marketing teams is essential, as is the ability to establish and optimize pricing strategies, develop sales operations processes, and contribute to annual budget planning. Candidates for the VP of Sponsorships position at the company should have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in leading sales operations or marketing teams. Thought leadership in sponsorship strategy, product development, and achieving revenue goals is a must. The role also involves partnering with legal teams for contract management, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading teams, as well as experience in budget creation and management. Excellent communication, and presentation skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of digital media platforms, technologies, and multi-channel campaigns are required. Experience in live entertainment and with technical product integrations is a plus.
