Senior Director, Compliance, LatAm & USAC About the Company Successful medical device company IndustryMedical Devices TypePrivately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Compliance in the LatAm and USAC regions. This pivotal role is focused on leading and ensuring compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs, as well as overseeing appropriate engagement with healthcare practitioners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the regional implementation of global ethics and compliance programs, actively partnering with key business and functional stakeholders, and leading a team that provides regional-specific advice and support on various compliance matters. The role also involves developing and implementing regional-specific risk strategies, policies, training, and processes, and driving an ethical culture through engagement with commercial and functional teams. Applicants for this role at the company must have a Bachelor's degree or JD, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and at least 5 years specifically addressing anti-bribery and corruption risk. A deep knowledge of global anti-bribery laws and standards, such as AdvaMed or equivalent, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrity, strong communication, influence management, team management, and project management skills. Attention to detail, collaboration, organization, and the ability to work with senior leaders are essential.
