The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of executive duties, including owning the P&L, guiding and developing the leadership team, and ensuring the quality of care delivery. Applicants for the Executive Healthcare Director position must be bilingual in English and Mandarin and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing successful programs for vulnerable seniors, along with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in health or social services, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex clinical operations, including P&L management, and experience in driving initiatives to improve the patient experience.
