Applicants for the Vice President position should have 7-10 years of experience in the development and management of large-scale real estate projects, with a focus on multifamily, industrial, and office assets. A completed university degree in a relevant field is required, with a graduate degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal planning and entitlement approvals, as well as experience in managing joint venture development partners. Proficiency in quantitative and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment are essential.
