The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic development and operational management of the cluster controlling organization, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This leadership role involves business partnering with the President of the US and Mexico, supporting the cluster's development through effective financial steering, and leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process. The VP FP&A will also be tasked with risk management, overseeing the development of financial models, and presenting financial results and strategies to senior management. Applicants must have a University degree in business administration with a major in finance, or a comparable field, and at least 5-7 years' experience in a multi-national role. A strong track record in finance, multi-year leadership experience, and the ability to build relationships with business partners are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills in English, with Spanish being an asset, and a willingness to work abroad. The ideal candidate will have a high level of business acumen, a commercial mindset, and a proven ability to make recommendations for financial optimization based on the analysis of trends and performance.
