The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of a range of key accounts, including large regional payers, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and large community oncology practices. This role is pivotal in managing all aspects of access with targeted accounts, such as product coverage, clinical utilization protocols, and potential distribution and supply coordination. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of building long-lasting relationships with clinical and business leaders to ensure the appropriate utilization of the company's products and access. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the biotech or pharma industry, with a focus on payer account management and GPO engagement. A deep understanding of the oncology buy and bill model, particularly with commercial and government-based payers, is essential. The role requires exceptional skills in customer business planning, tactical planning, and execution, as well as strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in influencing and negotiating with external decision-makers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also a necessary qualification.
