The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving the sales strategy, leading a high-performing team, and expanding relationships with enterprise clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years' experience in enterprise sales, including at least 4 years in a leadership position, preferably within the SaaS, privacy, data protection, or a related field. The RVP will be tasked with sales team management, strategic planning, revenue growth, and market penetration, as well as account management, and sales execution. A deep understanding of the privacy and data protection landscape, including key regulations and trends, is essential, as is expertise in strategic account planning, consultative selling, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate for the RVP role at the company will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing multi-million-dollar sales cycles, and closing enterprise-level deals. They must possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performance sales team. Proficiency in SaaS sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools is required, along with an analytical mindset and strong negotiation skills. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, customer advocacy, and providing regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
