The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive enterprise information security program, managing incident response for security events, and overseeing secure coding practices. This role also involves ensuring that security requirements are met, compliance with security standards and policies is improved, and the design and enforcement of global cybersecurity standards are in place. The VP will work closely with various teams to integrate security into the development and maintenance of technologies and will be the key figure in managing information security and risk awareness training programs. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a leadership role within information security, particularly in an e-commerce environment. A deep understanding of AWS technologies and architecture, as well as experience with security practices such as incident response and risk management, is essential. The role requires knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, and a passion for cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a BS in cybersecurity.
