The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of strategic sales professionals, focusing on a select number of high-tech and media strategic accounts. This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, with a particular emphasis on voice, data, UCC, and IoT solutions. The Sr Managing Partner will also be accountable for ensuring strong connections across the management layers of the accounts in the team's focus, and for meeting sales goals, subscriber and revenue targets, and customer retention objectives. Candidates for this position should have a High School Diploma/GED, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and more than 10 years of business sales experience, including 7-10 years in the wireless industry and 4-7 years in people management within a sales environment. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in sales, the ability to develop high-level relationships, and a strategic approach to expanding market position. Essential skills include team leadership, business planning, and the ability to create and present persuasive content to C-level executives. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiation, have a strong understanding of product knowledge, and be proficient in and the MS Office Suite.
