The CCO will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, loyalty, and revenue growth, with a focus on developing and executing strategies that leverage B2B SaaS solutions in the ecommerce landscape. This includes building and leading a professional services organization, overseeing account management teams, and ensuring the success of the customer base. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for customer success, capable of driving business growth through customer-centric commercial initiatives. Candidates for the CCO position should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record in customer success within a B2B SaaS environment. The role requires expertise in customer lifecycle management, driving retention, and growth initiatives. Experience in setting up a professional services arm and a background in a top strategy consulting firm are preferred. The CCO will be responsible for customer strategy and growth, leadership and management, customer success operations, and business development. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being highly preferred. The successful candidate will be adept at analyzing customer data, resolving issues, and driving innovation in customer engagement and support methodologies.
