The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies for operational excellence and top-line growth within specific customer groups. This includes the development of National Account Directors and Managers, as well as the creation of demand for the company's services through the identification and measurement of customer business value. The role is heavily focused on high-level negotiation strategies to increase service volume and improve budget performance. The VP will also be responsible for maintaining key client relationships, mentoring account leadership, and monitoring competitive activities. Applicants for the VP, Global Accounts position at the company should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a strong background in human resource systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing. The role requires the ability to read and interpret business and technical documents, as well as to write reports and business correspondence. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to interact with clients, customers, and the general public. The VP will be expected to travel periodically and must be adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners.
