This includes late-phase development for a first-in-class allosteric pan-mutant selective PI3Kα inhibitor in HR+ HER2- advanced breast cancer. The role also involves leading the authoring of key clinical documents, informing global registration strategy, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and ethical behavior in clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have an MD with oncology experience, a minimum of 6 years in the industry, and a proven track record in late-stage clinical development, preferably through registration. Candidates for this role at the company should have a deep understanding of small molecule development, experience in designing and executing innovative late-phase clinical trials, and a commitment to patient care.
