The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the assessment of retail sales business cases and strategies, ensuring operations meet gross add and ROI targets, and establishing a best-in-class customer and employee experience. The VP will be tasked with establishing a culture of action and discipline, optimizing the retail sales channel strategy for ROI, and developing a distribution strategy playbook. They must also be adept at building a coaching culture, creating effective sales commission plans, and maintaining a market focus to understand the competition. Applicants for the VP of Retail Sales position at the company should have a BA, with an MA or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in retail sales leadership, particularly on the carrier side. A strong background in broadband and mobile sales is essential, as is a proven track record in P&L leadership, growth, and turnaround experience. The role requires the ability to collaborate across technology, operations, and marketing teams, and a robust understanding of retail consumer behavior.
