The successful candidate will have direct management responsibilities, including the management of junior account staff, and will be expected to develop positive client relationships, ensure agency output, and guide the agency's operational processes. This role requires a deep, expert understanding of the therapeutic category, the audience, and multiple channels, as well as the ability to demonstrate and apply experience of assigned brands, including relevant clinical data behind promotional messages. The Group Account Supervisor will also be responsible for leading the agency process, managing the production of client-approved marketing tools, and collaborating on creative brief development. Applicants for the Group Account Supervisor position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in a healthcare communications environment. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in agency operations, financial management, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve client issues.
