The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive data and AI strategy that aligns with organizational objectives. This includes championing data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and compliance, and driving innovative AI initiatives to enhance predictive analytics and automation. The role also involves overseeing the advanced data science practice, delivering impactful business outcomes, and fostering a culture of innovation within a high-performing team. Collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams is essential to identify data and AI needs and to drive operational excellence. Candidates for the SVP, Data and Analytics position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a PhD preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role at a large enterprise is required. Proficiency in data analytics tools and experience with AI technologies is a must. The role demands strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and drive change. The SVP will be expected to define KPIs for data and AI initiatives, report progress to stakeholders, and ensure that the company's data capabilities are in line with its overall strategy.
