The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Integrated Management System and related QSHE standards, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring the continuous improvement of the management systems. This role involves leading investigations into QSHE incidents, liaising with external parties on QSHE matters, and collaborating with national business and functional units to ensure proper QSHE implementation. The VP will also be tasked with coordinating audits, developing training plans, and managing the national QSHE budget. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Security position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in QHSE, with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or other highly regulated industries. Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is required, with additional knowledge of other ISO standards and industry-specific standards being preferred. The role demands a leader with at least 3 years of experience in managing global, cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining an IMS. Strong knowledge of Lean management and process engineering methodologies, along with a hands-on approach to driving continuous improvement, is essential. The position also requires the willingness to travel and a commitment to delivering top-tier support to customers while ensuring the safety and compliance of the organization's operations.
