The VP will also be tasked with coordinating audits, developing training plans, and managing the national QSHE budget. Applicants for the Vice President of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Security position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in QHSE, with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, or other highly regulated industries. Proficiency in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is required, with additional knowledge of other ISO standards and industry-specific standards being preferred. The role demands a leader with at least 3 years of experience in managing global, cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining an IMS.
