The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, expert fundraiser, and skilled relationship manager, with a strong commitment to the mission of providing decent, affordable shelter to all. This role is pivotal in expanding and diversifying major donor and planned giving support, particularly in the context of the organization's current branding refresh and updated strategic plan. The VP will be responsible for leading the Individual Giving fundraising plan, fostering an inclusive environment, and building and stewarding an elite donor portfolio. They will also be expected to partner with key stakeholders globally, including the International Board of Directors, to identify resourcing and engagement opportunities that advance the mission. Applicants for the Vice President of Individual Giving position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of related experience, with a proven track record in securing complex, six and seven-figure multiyear commitments. The role requires a candidate with strong change management, conflict management, and negotiation skills, who is highly collaborative and solutions-oriented.
