The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for supervising and motivating the community staff, managing the budget and cash flow, and ensuring the highest quality of operation and resident satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can maintain a superior training program for staff, uphold all necessary licenses, and create an environment of pride and quality. The Executive Director will also be involved in resident retention, and staff meetings, and will be expected to be an integral part of the community, representing the property in various social and civic affairs. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a senior living community, with a focus on assisted living and memory care. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an Assisted Living Administration License in the state of Texas is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing community census and maintaining high occupancy, as well as experience in gerontology and/or hospitality. The role demands a professional with a strong background in human resources, including hiring, training, and managing staff in accordance with company policies.
