The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in engineering and facilities, particularly in a healthcare setting. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Facilities Management at the company include designing and executing internal controls, managing capital project processes, and providing written documentation for project decisions. The role requires a leader with excellent communication skills and a transformational, servant leadership style.
