The successful candidate will be responsible for driving positive change through the development and execution of insights-driven public relations campaigns, policy programs, and initiatives that advance health and well-being. This role involves leading the growth team, collaborating with key stakeholders, and bridging global and regional priorities to ensure the success of the organization. The EVP will also be at the forefront of agency growth, focusing on the conversion of high-value RFP pursuits, fostering stakeholder relationships, and creating consistent pitch preparation and performance across teams. As the EVP, Growth & Client Innovation, the primary focus will be on targeted, high-value client organizations and key capability areas. The role requires the development of innovative and creative strategies to deliver exceptional client solutions that enhance business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving pitch pursuit strategy, developing breakthrough pitch themes, and ensuring the elevation of all work within the pitch. Operational excellence is a key aspect of the role, including the activation of the right teams at the right time and the identification of barriers to client growth. The EVP will also be responsible for team leadership, mentoring a team of client service professionals, and contributing to the development of training programs to improve the team's skills in organic growth and new client acquisition.
