The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR operations and focusing on key areas such as employee engagement, internal communication, HR process design, and employee relations. This role requires a results-oriented professional with deep expertise in HR leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. The Interim Head of People will also provide leadership in compensation, benefits, and compliance, and must have a strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance best practices. Key responsibilities for the Interim Head of People include developing and executing internal communication strategies, analyzing employee engagement data, and championing programs to enhance the employee experience. The role also involves leading efforts in HR process design and documentation, providing expert guidance on employee relations issues, and overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a senior HR leader, be adept at managing multiple priorities, and be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
