This pivotal leadership role is focused on shaping strategy, driving revenue growth, and enhancing operational efficiency, particularly in the areas of subscriptions, memberships, and box continuity. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transformation initiatives, identifying and championing new projects, and working towards ambitious growth targets. Key responsibilities include partnering with the SVP to assess and optimize the structure and processes of the consumer revenue team, standardizing operating procedures, and fostering cohesive ways of working. The role also involves serving as a key representative for the SVP, acting as a proxy when necessary, and playing a critical role in driving integration-related projects. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of relevant professional experience, with a background in marketing, media operations, creative strategy, advertising, sales, or account/project management. Experience in transformation initiatives is strongly preferred. The role requires a proven ability to think creatively, solve problems, and possess strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills.
