A deep understanding of project management practices, professional services delivery, and industry knowledge in the public safety and justice environment is essential. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Cloud Services include mentoring and coaching the services team, discussing technical matters with various stakeholders, balancing conflicting demands to achieve high customer satisfaction, and managing the team to meet KPIs. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive and support sales initiatives.
