The successful candidate will be responsible for the success of all cloud-based customer deployments in the public safety and justice sectors globally, with a focus on the United States and the United Kingdom. This leadership role demands a strategic vision for the region, people management, and a hands-on approach to implementation, rollouts, solution adoption, and customer success. The VP will also be accountable for business development, ensuring that customer visions align with company goals, and will work closely with solution engineering and sales teams. A deep understanding of project management practices, professional services delivery, and industry knowledge in the public safety and justice environment is essential. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Cloud Services include mentoring and coaching the services team, discussing technical matters with various stakeholders, balancing conflicting demands to achieve high customer satisfaction, and managing the team to meet KPIs. The role requires excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to drive and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive professional with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent, and a proven track record in a similar leadership position.
