The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the technology strategy in revenue-generating areas, including theatrical releasing, marketing, content licensing, rights management, and distribution. This executive will define, lead, and manage the IT strategy, capabilities, and resources across the marketing and distribution landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with business leaders, driving operational efficiency, managing the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, and leading the organization to be best in class. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in the media industry, extensive experience in enterprise-level IT, and a deep understanding of relevant technologies. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in managing information technology, with at least 5-7 years' in leadership roles within the media or entertainment industry. The role requires an individual with executive presence, effective communication skills, and a bias for action.
