Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial and accounting roles, particularly within private equity-backed organizations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in service-based industries, with experience in construction management or field service environments being a plus. Big 4 public accounting experience is highly desirable.
