The successful candidate will be responsible for both the growth of existing strategic accounts and the development of new business. This senior leadership role requires leveraging existing relationships to introduce and position the company's marketing and Adobe practices, as well as driving customer retention and expansion within strategic accounts. The Group VP will work across marketing, product, and IT functions, and must ensure a unified approach in all strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic business plan, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role demands a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, software development, and the ability to build strong client relationships, particularly with CMOs and CIOs. Applicants for the Group VP, Business Development position should have a minimum of 8 years of experience with products within the Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, and other MarTech ecosystems. A background in a digital product professional services agency or consulting firm, with a focus on F500-level client accounts, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the marketing services industry and experience in running large engagements with Fortune 500 clients. Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills are required, as is a deep knowledge of marketing technology products and modern digital marketing operations. A Master's Degree in Business Administration is a bonus. The role demands a candidate who is adept at building client intimacy, can provide subject matter expertise to shape business opportunities, and is committed to the values of diversity and inclusion.
