This role is pivotal to both national and international expansion by increasing our global presence by managing partner relationships in targeted markets, particularly in Europe and Australia. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in creating alliances and understanding the nuances of Global Pathology markets and informatics. Key Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Development - Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners within the pathology informatics ecosystem, including AP System vendors, EHR vendors, Digital - Pathology and AI vendors, healthcare organizations, and pathology service providers. - Develop and execute partnership strategies and offerings that align with our growth objectives, focusing on mutual value creation and long-term collaboration. Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a positive, collaborative relationship that supports joint initiatives and shared goals. - Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, overseeing the legal and operational aspects in collaboration with internal teams. Market Expansion - Drive initiatives to enter new markets in Europe and Australia, understanding and addressing regulatory, cultural, and logistical considerations. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure our products and partnership initiatives meet the unique needs of each region. Industry Engagement & Networking - Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and through relevant professional networks to promote our brand and establish connections with potential partners. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive partnerships, and new opportunities to provide actionable insights to senior management. Internal Collaboration & Reporting - Collaborate with sales & marketing, product, and operational teams to support the onboarding and integration of new partners. - Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership performance, market feedback, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - 5+ years in business development or partnership management within healthcare, life sciences, or informatics, with international experience a plus. - Demonstrated experience in establishing partnerships and driving market expansion in highly regulated environments. - Strong negotiation skills with a track record of formalizing and managing high-value partnerships. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. - Familiarity with the pathology informatics industry or similar technology-focused healthcare sectors. - Comfortable working with rapidly advancing technology Travel PercentLess than 10% Functions Business DevelopmentSales/RevenueBusiness Development Skills Partnership Development requiredBusiness Development requiredInternational Expansion required
