The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the negotiation and drafting of various customer-related legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and advising internal stakeholders on legal and contractual matters. This role requires close collaboration with business and legal teams, including outside counsel, to deliver comprehensive legal services that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to practice law in Texas or any other state, and have 10-12 years of legal experience, with a preference for those who have worked with a national law firm and have a background in commercial transactions, particularly in the areas of data center leasing or service agreements and commercial real estate transactions.
