The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive HR strategic plan that aligns with the company's long-term vision and mission. This role requires a focus on creating a best-in-class organization, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and driving initiatives to improve organizational health and effectiveness. The VP, HR will also be accountable for talent acquisition, development, and retention, as well as for the advancement of workforce development and succession strategies. Candidates for the VP, HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a management capacity. A Master's degree is a plus. The role demands an accomplished leader with a proven track record in global HR management, organizational design, change management, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, be well-versed in employment and labor laws, and possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The VP, HR will be expected to build strong partnerships with executive leadership, drive operational and strategic workforce planning, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
