The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a sales team that supports the field sales team, including subject matter experts, revenue operations, and the SDR team. This role involves ensuring the team's success in key account management, CRM software, and strategic growth support. The VP will also be tasked with team and performance management, strategic planning, operational management, analytics, and spearheading sales improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter expertise in K-12 funding and products is essential. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or sales operations within K-12 solution and service-based models, with a proven track record in managing remote sales professionals. A strategic mindset, legislative understanding of K-12 funding, and experience in RFP procurement are also required. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships across diverse teams.
