This role requires a leader who can oversee the customer experience, financial performance, and transition to the new facility, while also championing continuous improvement and customer service excellence. The Managing Director will be expected to inspire, lead, and coach a team of aviation professionals, and demonstrate strong business acumen, operational decision-making, and a customer-oriented mindset. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a business or hospitality focus, and an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in luxury goods, hospitality, aviation, or related industries is required, with a background in general aviation and a pilot's license being strongly preferred.
