The successful candidate will be a key member of the Medical Affairs team, responsible for creating and communicating medical information that is in line with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines. This role involves interpreting scientific data to develop a range of medical information documents, managing the internal review process, and overseeing the dissemination of balanced and accurate medical information. The Executive Director will also be involved in the scientific and medical review of promotional materials, monitoring relevant scientific publications, and supporting product launch and lifecycle activities. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree, an advanced scientific degree strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology medical information. The role requires the ability to read and interpret clinical study reports, experience in creating and reviewing scientific content, and excellent communication skills. A background in medical information product lead experience and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical information are also essential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the therapeutic area, including product knowledge, disease state management, and the competitive landscape, and will be adept at leading cross-functional teams or projects.
