The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the project management service line, with a focus on business development, operations, financial management, client relations, and project execution. This role requires a proven track record in at least three industry sectors, including technology, healthcare, life science, industrial, or port logistics, and a strong background in various project types. The Managing Director will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining the company's presence as a thought leader and first-class service provider. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include contributing to the overall strategic direction of the service line, demonstrating subject matter expertise in project development, and leading the team in sourcing and securing new business. The role demands a leader who can operate across multiple service lines and regions, manage a P&L, and ensure financial accountability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree and certification preferred, and will be adept at complex problem-solving, business strategy, and staff management. The Managing Director will work closely with the PDS Regional Leader and local market Managing Principal to execute strategic business objectives and champion cross-business collaboration in the best interests of clients and the community.
