With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.About the role:Primary ObjectiveDelivery of high-quality/high-impact Brand insights and analytics solutionsScope of RoleDelivery of strategic brand insights & analytics projects, which include brand performance measurement and other strategic projects such as, market structures, consumer & demand segmentations, consumer journey mapping, brand stretch/extension, portfolio strategy, brand architecture, foundational brand assessment, brand positioning/refresh, etc.Responsible for execution of work products including questionnaires and reporting on medium-low complexity accounts with manager support, as needed, while supporting higher complexity projectsParticipates in client design and questionnaire discussions with some supervisionSupports development of questionnaire, Sample Design and Analytic PlanConducts data analysis, insights generation finding interesting facts in the data/preliminary reporting.Manages timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry best practicesIdentify and solve project issues as they arisePerform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracyActively seeks opportunities to support proposal developmentServe as a go-to for new team members who have questions and provide support to new members who need help on how to perform tasksUnderstands our culture and how to take an active role on the team (e.g., attending/participating in ERG/Social Community meetings/activities/training)Take ownership on building your own skills through training, asking questions, and supporting team membersOptimize efficiency of delivery without sacrifice of qualityChallenges the status quo, looks for opportunities to improve, automate, streamline processesBuilding an understanding of our Brand capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods.Exhibits good critical thinking skills, can follow an analytic plan, and is comfortable sharing ideasHelps with presentation developmentEssential Knowledge & Experience1-2 years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologiesStrong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferredProficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teamsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem- solvingNatural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and willing to take initiativeBachelor's degree in market research/marketing or related social science, mathematics and/or other analytic disciplinesEssential Skills & CapabilitiesCommunicationClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsConfidently delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar valuesKantar BenefitsWe provide a comprehensive, highly competitive benefits package, includingMedical plans with comprehensive, affordable coverage for a range of health servicesHealth Savings Account/FSADental, Vision and benefits to cover unique healthcare needsWellness Program401k with matchTuition Reimbursement, Commuter benefitsUnlimited PTOAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
