With cutting edge technology, excellent support staff and a national reach we can offer you a challenging and a financially rewarding career.Role DescriptionWheeler & Taylor Inc, seeks experienced Account Executives/Producers to join our team in the Springfield and Worcester County, MA region and the Glastonbury, CT area. Our firm specializes in the middle-market and large commercial risks as well as high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth personal line accounts both domestically and internationally. The key responsibilities of the Account Executive/Producer is to leverage their industry expertise in developing new business while also retaining current clients through the use of excellent relationship-building skills and in-depth knowledge of the commercial and personal lines insurance landscape. The Account Executive/Producer will collaborate with our internal service team to deliver excellent customer service, solve critical issues, and provide customized solutions for insurance risks.Qualifications§ At least 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial / personal insurance industry, preferably as an Account Executive/Producer.§ Proven track record of driving new business and client retention, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.§ Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.§ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.§ Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance industry-related software.§ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.§ Professional accreditations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC is a plus, but not required.CompensationThis is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that some work from home is acceptable. Wheeler & Taylor offers an excellent compensation package commensurate with experience and/or based on historical results and book size along with opportunities for annual profit sharing and bonus potential.  We also provide a superior benefit program for our employees.  If interested please respond to Thomas Blauvelt via email to: tblauvelt@ or call me on (413) 528-1004 to discuss.
