Has a license topractice speech-language pathology from the Texas Board of Examiners forSpeech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Current member of AG BellAcademy for Listening and Spoken Language with certification as Listening andSpoken Language Specialist (LSLS) or actively obtaining a LSLS certification.ï‚· Solves problems with effective decisions and makes decisions in a timelymanner.ï‚· Demonstrates excellent communication and listening skills.ï‚· Deals effectively with change and can function without knowing all the answers.ï‚· Learns quickly when confronting new challenges.ï‚· Relates well to individuals inside and outside of the organization.ï‚· Is open to feedback and incorporates feedback productively.ï‚· Demonstrates self-awareness to behavioral tendencies and patterns.ï‚· Is able to travel for conferences, training or other actions as requested by LSLDirector or Executive Director.ï‚· Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
