Clean Up - Night Time Clean-Up 2674 E Main St, Plainfield, IN 46168, USA Req #105 Thursday, January 23, 2025 At Crew Carwash, our Purpose is to "Create Smiles and Lifetime Customers." As a Part-Time Night Clean-Up Team Member, you will have the opportunity to join a Glassdoor Best Places to Work and achieve your full potential!   What you'll do at Crew: Smile! 😊 Live our #1 Value of Safety Ensure the overall cleanliness of the location (inside and outside), including: Picking up trash Scrubbing walls, doors, stainless steel blowers, and equipment Cleaning the floors Crew's commitments to you: $16 - $18 per hour Daily pay options available at no cost to you Free carwashes, naturally 😊 A set schedule (typically 9:00 pm to 1:00 am) Industry-leading training Tuition reimbursement 401K with company match Crew's expectations:  Must be at least 18 years old Be able to work 3 - 5 nights per week Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day) Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes Crew Carwash is an equal-opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace. Primary Responsibilities   Maintain cleanliness of wash tunnel   Position Requirements   Must pass a drug screen Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and in good physical condition Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines    Responsibility Specifics Maintain cleanliness of wash tunnel Pick up all trash and car parts in tunnel. (put parts in bin) Remove all debris from blower screens. Foam/scrub all tunnel walls and partition top to bottom. Foam/scrub both sets of air curtains. Foam/scrub all blower stands and nozzles. Spray down all walls, blowers, curtains, equipment, extra service lights, tire shine pads and tunnel floor each night. Lock all doors and set alarm before leaving.   Work Schedule   Work 3-5 nights per week You will be required to start work at 9 PM at the specified location Your workdays will be posted on the location schedule three weeks in advance and all requested days off (RDO's) must be put in prior to the posting of new schedules. Must be flexible due to weather restrictions.   Uniforms   Clean up team members are required to wear a Crew issued gray maintenance shirt, Crew issued black pants, and work boots or black soccer style shoes.        Position Benefits     You will receive 1 wash pass each week.
