This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Salesforce architecture and data management, preferably in the Fintech industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing complex Salesforce systems and applications that meet our business needs. They will also play a key role in driving our digital transformation efforts by leveraging the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.Responsibilities Lead the design and development of the Salesforce Cloud platform and applications, ensuring they align with our business needs and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our business processes and systems, and leverage this knowledge to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Develop and implement data management strategies, including data migration, integration, and security, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce. Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and standards across the organization, and provide training and support to users as needed. Work closely with our IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on how we can leverage them to improve our systems and processes. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our Salesforce systems and applications, and conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any issues. Lead the evaluation and selection of Salesforce tools and technologies, and manage relationships with vendors and partners. Leverages Azure DevOps for tracking, managing, and prioritizing work efforts.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM implementation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce systems and applications. 5+ Years of Fintech industry experience Expert in Salesforce Deployment tools such as ANT, Change Sets, and IDE. Expert experience with various UI technologies and APEX coding. Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps (preferred), JIRA, or other work management tools. Proven integration experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Expert in creating and executing forward looking Salesforce best-practice Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification is preferred. Strong understanding of data management concepts, including Master Data Management (MDM), data quality management, and data governance.Interested in hearing more?
