You can have an impact on literally thousands of kids with autism who need ABA therapy by training future RBTs at our own ABA Academy of Excellence. Our Regional Training Coordinators are responsible for promoting our culture of growth.The Regional RBT Training Coordinator is responsible for leading regularly scheduled training for staff and acting as the primary support for newly hired staff training to take the Registered Behavior Technician exam. Additional responsibilities include updating training content, monitoring training content, and developing supplementary training materials.What You'll DoConduct new hire onboard training.Update assigned training content in coordination with relevant departments.Conduct comprehensive RBT training curriculum.Support newly hired staff using performance-based training and assessment.Provide appropriate staff support in studying and registering for the RBT exam.Maintain high fidelity with organizational training procedures.Assist in the monitoring and tracking of compliance training.Assist in the development of a variety of professional development content.Support regional precepting program.RequirementsEducation/Experience and Other RequirementsBachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or a related field.Active RBT certification for at least 2 years.Fluent in RBT-Level ABA concepts and principles.Professional experience related to training and/or public speaking.Proficient in business software (e.g., Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong OBM skills.Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement.Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record.Expertise NeededStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Exemplary attention to detail.Ability to manage time effectively.Positive, solution-based collaboration with the team.Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner.SummaryBenefits15 days of PTO (increases with tenure by company policy)Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options401(k) program with generous employer match up to 6%Performance bonus potentialABA Centers of Rhode Island CultureOur outstanding ABA therapy team is the heart of the transformative work we do at ABA Centers of Rhode Island.
