They are currently looking to add an Administrative Assistant to join their team.Salary/Hourly Rate$18/hr - $20/hr DOEPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a proven track record of excellence in administrative support roles. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office and supporting the dynamic team.Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and data entry. Process invoices accurately and promptly. Assist in booking and scheduling meetings and appointments. Manage some accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for various administrative functions. Provide support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.Qualifications For The Administrative Assistant Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an office setting or an administrative assistant role. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
