Vendor Authentication Supervisor

A great UHY client is seeking a Vendor Authentication Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous shared services experience, strong Excel skills, and strong interpersonal skills.The Vendor Authentication Supervisor role is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week being onsite. This is a client direct hire position.Vendor Authentication Supervisor Responsibilities:Monitor multiple shared email boxes for new vendor request and vendor update request.Assist leadership in bringing Ariba vendor portal services to all SSC agenciesReview documents received for compliance with all policies and work with the requestor to resolve incomplete or inaccurate documentation.Validate all data points as required by policy with external sources.Provide complete vendor request to the offshore team for entry into Dynamics 365, assisting with questions from the offshore team.First review of data entered in Dynamics 365 before final submission for approvalParticipate in SOX Compliance testingFacilitate and support internal and external auditsResolve and support Vendor inquiries via phone and emailMaintain vendor payable procurement system ( SAP-Ariba ) to include outbound calls to Vendors and validating confidential information for Supplier status updatesBuild strong relationships with the agency purchasing and finance teamsWork as a primary contact between the agencies and the India team (EXL) to facilitate new vendors and updatesFacilitate resolution of all vendor related questions for SSC and agency staffVendor Authentication Supervisor Experience:Bachelor's degree or comparable job experienceExtraordinary interpersonal skills; solid expertise in collaboration, flexibility and diplomacyConsistently deliver results in accordance with established policies and SLA'sManaging vendor issues and escalation processAbility to manage and coordinate multiple projects as well as daily operational deadlinesStrong understanding of business conceptsPrior experience working with highly confidential dataDeveloped a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAccounts Payable experience preferred3-6 years' experience working with SAP products or similar tools ( ex: SAP-Ariba, Oracle, Jaggaer, Coupa, Microsoft D365)------------------------------------------UHY Advisors' "‹ Resource Solutions Group provides clients with accomplished professionals to support finance, accounting, internal audit and tax teams.
