Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Immigration AttorneyLocation: The Moreno Law Firm LLCThe Moreno Law Firm LLC, a small law firm dedicated to assisting immigrants with their immigration cases, is seeking a passionate and driven Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team.Responsibilities:Represent clients in various immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, asylum, and naturalization cases.Prepare and file legal briefs, motions, and other immigration filings.Conduct client consultations and maintain regular communication.Attend hearings and interviews with USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration agencies.Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in good standing.Strong work ethic and genuine passion for helping immigrants.Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a diverse caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.Spanish fluency preferred but not required.Compensation:Pay commensurate with experience.If you are committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to immigrants, we encourage you to apply.
