Scion Executive Search is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition for our client, The Arc Central Chesapeake Region, a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Anne Arundel County and Maryland's Eastern Shore. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who can approach talent acquisition in innovative ways to address hiring challenges.
