Job SummaryInside Sales of new valve automation distribution products and packagesInside Sales for Service to support repair servicesResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new customersInformation handled will include RFQ's, Processing Day to Day Repair Work, Expediting Repair Work through shops and provide customer updates per their requirements, Technical Assistance/Support, Factory Support, Technical Product Support, Delivery ExpeditingProspect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold callingIdentify the correct decision makers within a given businessDocument all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM systemParticipate in the after hour and weekend "˜On-Call' rotationSource Repair Services, Product and Product information for customersSome travel for training/meetings may be requiredQualificationsBS in a Technical Discipline is preferred Minimum 10+ years of Inside Sales experience in an industrial equipment repair environment - preferably Control Valve or Valve AutomationAn understanding of Project Level sales processes is also preferredA Technical Certification/Degree in an appropriate discipline from a Vo-Tech organization will be consideredPLEASE NOTE: John H Carter Company is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms/employment agencies for this employment opportunity.
