Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder at NEXGEN Tooling in Sanford, ME. As a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grinding equipment to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up machines, monitoring production, adjusting parameters, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications Experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machinesKnowledge of tool grinding principles and techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in using measuring instruments for quality controlStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamPrior experience in the manufacturing industryHigh school diploma or equivalent
